Lance aka Ranger Bob took on the role of Swapmeister for the K.I.S.S. 2005.
First off, we had a very tight deadline to work with - 1 week, give or take
a couple hours. Everyone who signed up, made the deadline, with some tyers completing
their flies in under an hour. All 9 tyers were to create a fly that had as few
materials as possible (not including thread and hooks). Here is the offering
